We are members of Citizens Advice (the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux) which provides the extensive information system we use to advise clients and sets standards for the quality of the advice we give, training for our staff, equal opportunities policies and procedures and accessibility of the Bureau. Our team of Outreach workers visit housebound clients in their own homes. In the past few years they have helped them claim over £4 million worth of extra welfare benefits We hold the Community Legal Service Quality Marks which demonstrate the high standards of our work.
